Aussies Bounce Back
Australia bounces back to the top spot in the test rankings. Well the Aussies had ruled for a long time in world cricket. But they lost their top position due to their two consecutive test series loss. First they lost to India. Then they lost to South Africa by a margin of 2-1 in the home series. This resulted in their loss of the top spot. But now they are back. In the ongoing test series in South Africa they have won the first test. This win has been made possible by a comparatively new Australian Team. Johnson was the match winner who took 4 wickets in second innings. He got support from sidle and McDonald. Well this is a good sign for the Australian Team. Now they will have to win the test series if they want to remain on top. But the Greame Smith squad will not let them do it easily. It would be a tough job for Ponting also.
