If you really want to lose weight then go through the following steps. They will really helpful to you.
1. First you should be very conscious about your weight. Start working hard before this is too late.
2. Start doing light exercises first. Walking for half an hour in the morning and the evening will give you amazing results. Slowly proceed to some intense exercises. Swimming is another nice exercise.
3. Avoid junk foods and take fruits as much as possible.
4. Decrease your drinking habits slowly.
5. You can also start doing Yoga. This is really help full.
6. Never keep sitting in one place for more than an hour.(In certain cases this may not be possible)
7. Take meals only when you are really hungry but you need not eat less than what you need.
8. Don’t keep on watching your body to see how many pounds you have burnt. It will not help you.
9. Losing weight in a week or two is not possible. So you have to be very patient.
