Federer wins the Australian Open for the fourth time

Roger Federer has kept his domination while claiming the Australian Open by defeating Andy Murray of Britain. Federer won the Australian open for the fourth time and has now won 16 grand slams in total. Federer defeated Murray in straight sets of 6-3, 6-4 and 7-6.Murray could not live up to the class of Federer. Federer produced some great aces and winners to keep the domination on Murray. He claimed the first two sets quite comfortably. In the third set, Murray put up a great come fight after breaking Federer’s service. But Federer did not let Murray to go away with the set. He came back strongly and ultimately won it in tie breaker in the ninth game. Although Murray got some good chances to win the tie-breaker, he could not pull it to the fourth set. Both of them produced some stunning tennis to the delight of the tennis fans. Federer looked quite cool and calm thorought the game. During the ceremony, Murray got quite emotional. He said sorry to all his supporters as he could not give them the title. Federer complimented Murray with his soothing words. He said that Murray has a great future ahead. Federer thanked Murray for taking out the best out of him.
